Common mistakes
Injecting BAC water too fast
Aim the stream against the vial wall. Fast injection into the powder foams the peptide and can degrade it.
Swirling instead of rolling
Roll gently between palms; never shake. Vigorous mixing shears peptide bonds.
Mismatched units
Confusing mg and mcg is the #1 dose error. 1 mg = 1000 mcg. Always double-check.
